Shipping policy

At EbunBox, we understand that timely delivery is a crucial part of the perfect gift experience. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery processes for our personalized concierge service.

1. Processing Time: The Curation First

Please note that EbunBox is not a standard e commerce store with ready to ship products. Each gift is curated, sourced, and packaged specifically for your order after your request is finalized and approved.

Our processing time consists of two phases:

Curation & Sourcing Phase (3-5 Business Days): After you approve our quote and complete payment, our concierge team begins the process of sourcing the perfect items and designing the custom package for your gift.

Packaging Phase (1-2 Business Days): Once all items are sourced, our team meticulously packages your gift with the premium, personalized presentation EbunBox is known for.

The total processing time before your gift is handed to a shipping carrier is typically 4-7 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your curated gift is packaged, it is handed over to our shipping partners (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Domestic U.S. Shipping: Delivery times within the continental United States typically take 2-5 business days after the package is shipped, depending on the selected service level.

Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee, expedited shipping options (2-Day Air, Next Day Air) are available upon request. Please inform us of your need for expedited service before approving your quote.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Please Note: The times above are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. EbunBox cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in their possession.

3. Order Tracking

Once your gift has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. The shipping fee will be clearly included in the final quote you approve before payment is processed. There are no hidden fees.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address for the recipient. EbunBox is not responsible for gifts shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re delivery. Additional shipping fees will apply for re delivery attempts.

7. Failed Delivery & Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically follow their own procedures (e.g., leaving a notice, attempting redelivery, or leaving the package in a safe location at the driver’s discretion).

EbunBox is not liable for packages that are stolen or damaged after a carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided address. We are also not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from the recipient’s unavailability.

8. Damaged Shipments

Every EbunBox gift is packaged with extreme care to prevent damage during transit. However, if your gift arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at wecare@ebunbox.com within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Questions About Shipping?
